Allotment Letter Issuing/Balloting Day

Through the strength and solidarity of the Kenya UAE Diaspora SACCO Ltd. members, fraternity, staff and our sponsors, we have made considerable progress towards our flagship initiative of obtaining and allocating interested members with a piece of the Isinya-Konza Phase I investment opportunity. I am glad to announce to all that we had a successful and interactive Balloting Forum that was held on Saturday, the 6th day of June, 2015.

We were able to allocate members with their allotment letters, pending the issuance of corresponding Title Deeds once all formalities are finalized and the first phase of the project concluded. Which by all estimates and hopes, should be within a few months’ time.

This is an investment vehicle aimed towards liberating all our members from the shackles of financial servitude and to help in making solid, wise and calculated financial choices that are passed through a rigorous vetting process, by our financial advisers and sponsors, I&M Bank, our dedicated legal team and other assorted pool of dedicated professionals who work round the clock, with nothing but our collective best interests set in their hearts and minds.

I take this opportunity to thank you for the vote of confidence you have awarded us thus far, I assure you it is not misplaced. As you will soon come to find out through the various projects and investment opportunities that we have lined up for the future. As an individual, I realized that my vision, no matter how big, or ambitious, would require a lot of effort, time and endless maneuvers, that would more likely founder in the long run due to exhaustion or other numerous negative factors that seem to conspire against those that take it upon themselves to move solo. But together, as a unit, a people, moving towards the same goal, with one another for support, we are a force, a movement, capable of building an empire, and carving out a name for ourselves in the African financial realm. Umoja ni nguvu!
